Royal Mail Delivery Information
Every order placed through our website is dispatched using Royal Mail.
If you are located in the UK your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class. If you are located outside of the UK your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked.
Every order once processed is provided with its own unique tracking number, this is to prevent loss of stock in mail and also provides our customers with a step-by-step service of where their parcel has been. We also photograph packages and film our packing area to ensure all deliveries are packed and sent correctly.
All customer orders that are created by 2pm on a working day will be sent for next working day delivery providing your items are in stock. This means we 100% ensure every order that is created in our system before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (excluding weekends). Once an order has been placed we are unable to amend your delivery address, please ensure you input your data carefully and double check your details are correct to prevent any delay in your delivery.
Saturday is NOT a working day although Royal Mail do operate on Saturdays, some deliveries may arrive on this day. Sunday is NOT a working day. Bank Holidays are NOT working days. Any orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will not arrive until the Monday, unless Saturday postage is selected (this will incur an additional fee).
Each delivery that we dispatch can only be delivered providing someone is present at the address and a signature has been provided. Alternatively Royal Mail may leave your parcel with a neighbour in the event of you being absent. If no one is available to sign for your delivery, it will be attempted three times to the delivery address and attempts with neighbours before being returned to us. We can only leave items in a safe place when requested and do so at your own risk.
Please note: Deliveries are only dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Saturdays and Sundays as these are not working days. Any orders placed during Holiday periods could be subject to a delay due to heavy work loads in the delivery hubs.
By placing an order via our website you are agreeing to the delivery times below. You may experience a further delay during Holiday periods and under heavy weather conditions such as Snow and Ice.
