At The Plate Gram, every number plate, badge and accessory is made to order and personalised to the exact specifications you provide at checkout — including registration characters, font, badge and finish. Because each item is uniquely produced for a single customer, it cannot be resold, reused or remade into another design.

We Do Not Accept Returns

For the reason above, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on completed orders. Once production has begun, the materials and labour used to create your bespoke item cannot be recovered or repurposed.

This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which exempt personalised and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day right to cancel.

Our Quality Promise

While we cannot offer returns on personalised products, we stand fully behind the quality of every plate that leaves our workshop. We will replace, free of charge, any item that arrives:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Manufactured incorrectly (i.e. the plate does not match the order you placed)
  • Faulty due to a manufacturing defect

To report a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theplategram.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will then arrange a free-of-charge replacement.

Order Cancellations

Production typically begins within a few hours of payment being received. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Cancellation is only possible if your order has not yet entered production.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods.
